CJA requests that the Bangladeshi Supreme Court order retrials in the cases of Mr. Ali Ahsan Mohammad Mujahid and Mr. Salauddin Quader Chowdhury as it is clear that the International Crimes Tribunal failed to afford them a fair trial.  Click here to read the letter.
