Abraham Golan, Isaac Gilmore, and Dale Comstock
As alleged in our complaint, Defendant Abraham Golan founded Spear Operations Group in August 2015 and served as its CEO. He then recruited Defendant Isaac Gilmore, a former U.S. Navy SEAL, to serve as the COO. Together Golan and Gilmore pitched and reached an agreement with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to carry out targeted assassinations for hire in Yemen on the UAE’s behalf. They then recruited Defendant Dale Comstock along with other former members of the U.S. armed forces to join Spear. To do so, Golan flew Comstock to San Diego where they met in person. Golan recruited Comstock to serve as the head of the Spear assassination team.
