Executive Director Search

Executive Director Search

CJA is pleased to announce the beginning of the search for our next Executive Director.  The Search Committee, chaired by Farah Brelvi, is working with Anthony Tansimore of Olive Grove Consulting to identify current Executive Director Pamela Merchant’s successor.

This is a very exciting opportunity for CJA, our clients and our community.  In the words of CJA Board Chair, Wilma Wallace:

"CJA is a fiscally and operationally sound international human rights organization with a talented and committed staff, fantastic Board, strong brand and global footprint. We are pleased to be working with Olive Grove to identify a leader who will build on the great momentum that Pamela Merchant and CJA have created for human rights advocates and who understands what it takes to accomplish CJA's mission to deter torture and other human rights abuses through litigation, outreach and education."

Please let your networks know about the position.  We are looking for that special person who will promote and strengthen CJA's presence in the field, provide vision and leadership as the organization navigates an increasingly complex global justice landscape.

If you are interested in applying or wish to nominate someone for this position please submit a letter of interest and a current resume to Search@theolivegrove.com.
