Mia Smith, Grants Administrator, joined CJA in March 2024. She previously worked for an immigrant and refugee services organization in Boston, where she did finance, development, and data-related work for 4 years. She has interned at other nonprofits, including an organization that provides ESOL courses and career coaching to immigrants, and an organization that teaches therapeutic horseback riding. In 2020, Mia received her B.A. in Psychology with concentrations in social and race-related Psychology from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.
