Katie Zoglin

Katie Zoglin has expertise in promoting the rule of law and democracy. She previously oversaw transitional justice, women’s rights, and other projects in the Middle East and North Africa for Freedom House.  Before that, she worked in Morocco for the American Bar Association’s Rule of Law Initiative as well as in Serbia and North Macedonia for the Central European and Eurasian Law Initiative.  Ms. Zoglin taught international human rights at Stanford Law School and was a Fulbright Scholar in Paraguay.  She is a seasoned litigator with experience as a local government attorney, including as a prosecutor.  She was one of the student founders of the Harvard Law School Human Rights Program.  She is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School.
