Joyce Mutoka previously worked with Justice Rapid Response, providing support to a wide range of mechanisms implementing transitional justice initiatives. She has experience working with Government and civil society including the Institute for Justice and Reconciliation where she conducted research on the African Union Transitional Justice Policy. Joyce received her MA in Peace and Security from the University of Notre Dame and her BA specializing in Public International Law from University College Roosevelt.
