Catherine Chang, Program Officer, joined CJA in 2023. She previously served as Operations Coordinator at the Institute for Justice & Democracy in Haiti, a human rights non-profit organization that supports marginalized Haitians in enforcing their human rights on the international stage. She has interned at a variety of non-profit organizations, including Accountability Counsel. Catherine received her B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, where she conducted research on international conflict and human rights violations.
