A New York Times reporter has sued the DOJ for release of an immigration judge’s decision that former Salvadoran Defense Minister Vides Casanova was responsible for human rights abuses in the 1980s including the rape and killing of the four churchwomen. CJA won a civil suit against the general and has vigorously pursued efforts to have him deported.
