Dane Underwood (he/him/his), Legal Fellow, is a U.S. lawyer based in Boston, Massachusetts. During law school, Dane worked with Harvard’s environmental law clinic to support indigenous groups as they pursued environmental sustainability and energy independence. He also worked in Harvard’s International Human Rights Clinic and served as President of Harvard’s human rights student practice organization, HLS Advocates for Human Rights.
Dane received his B.A. from Yale College and his J.D. from Harvard Law School. He has served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Anne R. Traum in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. He is admitted to practice law in California.
